Facility and Admin Management Officer

Job Description

• We are looking for an experienced Facilities and Admin Management Officer to oversee all building-related and admin activities at AsgafHomes. 

• You will be responsible for preserving the good condition of infrastructure and ensure that facilities are safe and well-functioning. 

• To be successful on this role, you will be well-organized and able to optimize the use of space and equipment while reducing operating costs. Leadership abilities and phenomenal efficiency can set you apart among our candidate pool. 

• The goal is to ensure our business facility is problem-free and safe so that employees can work under the best conditions. Responsibilities Facility Management: 

• Planning and coordinating all installations and refurbishments • Managing the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards 

• Inspecting buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations • Reviewing utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs

• Supervising all staff facilities staff (technicians, groundskeepers, security, drivers) and external contractors 

• Controlling activities like parking space allocation, waste disposal, building security etc. 

Office Administration

• Monitoring and maintaining office equipment, inventory supplies; orders replacement supplies as needed 

• Updating office admin policies and procedures 

• Preparing reports on expenses, office budgets, and other expenditures 

• Supporting department managers, staff, and MD 

• Organizing conference room scheduling, equipment, and cleaning 

• Overseeing and preparing expense reports and budgets
